School's Out Program
WMS's School's Out Program offers child care on many of the days on which school is closed.
Note: Registration will close one week prior to each scheduled child-care day. After this deadline, families will be unable to register using the child-care registration form. Please email extendday@wmsde.org with any late registration requests. Late registration will be permitted as space allows, with a $15 late fee per child.
Hours and Fees:
School's Out hours: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Current pricing is available on our registration form.
Late pick-ups will result in additional fees ($25 from 6 to 6:30 p.m. and $50 for after 6:30 p.m.).
Payment is due the day of care and should be submitted to Barb Trotto in the Business Office.
Required Forms:
All children must have an unexpired physical and immunization form to attend the School's Out Program. If your child has a severe allergy, we must have an action plan as well as emergency medication before they can attend.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
You may register without paying in advance, but even if your child does not attend, you will be charged unless you cancel at least 48 hours ahead. If you do pay with registration, you may move or switch days within the school year (with notice), but refunds will not be issued for unused days.
