WMS teachers are enthusiastic and dedicated educators who are committed to meeting the needs of each child in their class. Montessori teachers are trained to be mentally centered, focused on the children, and aware of their responsibility to model integrity, respect and accountability in all they do. Our prepared and committed teachers recognize that children construct their learning through direct experience with the physical, intellectual and social environment of the classroom and the world. They use their keen observation skills to facilitate connections between the unique individual learner and knowledge.
