	WMS reserved the right to dismiss, suspend or expel the child and to bar the child from attending classes any time WMS believes, in its sole discretion, it has good cause to do so. “Good cause” shall mean without limitation any of the following: • Your failure to satisfy when due any tuition or other obligation owed to WMS. • The failure of you or your child to abide by all applicable policies, practices, rules and regulations of WMS as described in this document. • A determination by WMS that the child’s activities are having an adverse effect on the teacher’s ability to teach other children, or tro maintain the desired classroom decorum or the child is an impediment to the well-being of the class as a whole. • A determination that the child is not benefiting by his or her attendance at the school.
