Wilmington Montessori School uses $17,500 grant to expand technology

The Wilmington Montessori School expanded its technology with a $17,500 grant from the Verizon Foundation.

The grant supports the school's five-year strategic plan. The school purchased more than a dozen laptop computers for classrooms, which gives more students access to online resources. In addition, the faculty received training in "ThinkFinity," which is a Verizon program that provides teaching resources.
